At Chandelier de Fleurs, each piece is handcrafted to order and created especially for you. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has begun.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and materials are prepared, therefore cancellations are no longer accepted.
Returns & Refunds
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.
Natural variations in color, finish, and handcrafted details are expected and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images.
Personalized Items
Products with personalization (such as engraved items) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chandelierdefleur@gmail.com with clear photos of:

• The packaging
We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or partial refund.
