These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.foreverkeep.ca and purchases from Forever Keep.

Because many Forever Keep products include handmade, textile, custom, personalized, or made-to-order elements, reasonable variations may occur in:

• fabric placement;
• finish;
• dimensions;
• stitching;
• pattern positioning; and
• other non-material characteristics.

These natural or production-related variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

Colours may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen calibration, device settings, and display technology.

Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Personalization

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all customization and personalization information before placing an order.

This includes spelling, names, initials, dates, colours, quantities, designs, and other customer-selected options.

Forever Keep may rely on the information submitted with the order when producing the item.

We cannot guarantee that personalization can be changed once production has begun.

Our Refund Policy contains additional rules regarding personalized and made-to-order products.

5. Prices and Currency

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency identified on the website or checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed or calculated as required during the ordering process.

For international orders, additional customs duties, brokerage charges, tariffs, VAT, or import taxes may apply as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Prices may change without prior notice, but a change will not ordinarily alter the agreed price of an already accepted order except where required to correct an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.

6. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean we have finally accepted an order if there is a genuine payment, inventory, pricing, fraud, legal, technical, or product-availability issue that prevents fulfilment.

Shipping, production, delivery estimates, customs charges, incorrect addresses, international orders, damaged deliveries, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, order changes, personalized products, damaged products, defective products, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Personalized and made-to-order products may be subject to different return restrictions because production may begin specifically for the individual customer's order.

These restrictions do not override mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers may be subject to:

• start and end dates;
• product exclusions;
• order thresholds;
• geographic limitations;
• single-use restrictions; and
• other conditions disclosed with the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined.
