Order Processing
All orders are made to order and require approximately 2 weeks for production. This allows us to create your keepsake with the care and precision it deserves. Once your order is ready, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time
After production is complete, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Delays
During periods of high demand, production or shipping may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
